Friendly staff, good prices and a whole lot to look at while pricing boats. the store is clean and well organized, the staff was not pushy but very informative. Great experience with this company!

Never use WW again. Took my boat in on September 23, to be winterized. I also asked them to look into my engine cutting out at high rpm. I discussed this issue thoroughly with the service writer and even let him print off a page from my manual that mentions possible causes. They clearly knew they were going to be working on a Volvo engine. I agreed to add a service package to the work. I visited the store the third week in January to check on the status and was told that they could not work on a Volvo engine. However, they did the winterization and service. I found another shop willing to work on the engine and returned to WW on February 3 to pick up my boat. When he was taking my credit card, Garrett (service writer) apologized profusely for the service taking so long. I then found out it had been serviced and winterized on January 23, only eleven days before. Garrett apologized for this also, stating they had labor problems all through the fall and winter. I was not happy that my boat sat for 4 months - basically through the winter - before being winterized, but I decided not to pursue the issue at that time. After learning the new shop had to de-winterize it in order to work on it. I went back to WW to see if they would refund me the winterization cost. Garrett refused and told me I would have to talk to the owner (Ted). When I got hold of Ted, he also refused any refund, claiming I didn't pay for anything not provided. He said the winterization was part of the service package. I asked if that was true, then why does he charge a fee for winterization only? Ted couldn't really answer that one and he became increasingly agitated, including raising his voice and using profanity multiple times. I tried to explain to him again that all I wanted was a refund for the winterization work, but to no avail. I hung up after he continued to use profane language. Knowing the character of a business owner is a good thing. I will never do business with Water World again.
