We reserved a 16' truck so we could take items from my parent's house to our house, 7 hours away. We drove out to PA and we had a rental scheduled to pick up at 8am. We waited with another customer until an employee showed up until 9:15am. The employee then informed us that our reservation had been canceled because there was no truck available. We scheduled our reservation 11 days prior to the date and 2 days before they sent us a reminder email for our reservation. The employee said they would have an "inventory specialist" call us between 15 minutes and 2 hours to try and find a solution and we never received a call. After waiting 2 hours we finally had to drive the 7 hours back home without our items. Horrible experience and now I have to schedule another trip, 7 hours each way, due to their error and incompetence. Unfortunately, I can't rate them less than one star.
