If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my bike to this bike shop in March as they are a Cannondale dealer/repairer and I had bent the chainring. They had it for over 8 weeks and in that time did not even order the replacement part. I called 3 times in that time span (they called me once so we spoke 4 times total) and asked for an update / price / any information as to the progress of the repairs. The man I spoke to each time who I assume owns/runs the shop (older guy, white hair) treated me like a total asshole and told me “you can call as much as you want but if anything changed he would tell me.” That’s fair if I had called multiple times a week. I called 3 times in 2 months.

I feel as though those calls were not overkill. I was polite each time and all I wanted was to know the status, considering the actual repair should have taken them an hour once they had the part, which again they had not even ordered in 8 weeks. I understand that the shop was very busy considering everyone wants to now ride a bike post-COVID, but I would encourage everyone to take your business anywhere else because this business does not have any regard for their customers. The frazzled guy who works there seemed completely overwhelmed, which again I understand, but not ordering a part in 2 months is a bit ridiculous and being annoyed when the customer calls to ask you about it 3 times in said timespan is a complete jerk move. The final time I called he told me if I want to take it somewhere else I should. I picked it up that day to take my business elsewhere, he simply walked it out, pushed it into me and walked away. Did not apologize, did not try and talk to me. Total asshole

I have never been compelled to write a review about a business, good or bad, in my 35 years. This experience was bad enough to make me want to do that. I would encourage everyone to use a different shop

Unless you're there for an $900 bike they really dont want you there, your money is no good to them. The woman behind the counter is a real snooty puke, after starring at me suspiciously for looking around the store this woman snickered and mocked me for only buying a bottle cage and therefore assumed I didn't want a receipt, after all I only spent a few dollars....If my money isn't good enough for them then they don't need to have it.

Terrible costumer service

Do not even try them. Run away from this place. These people show no interest on servicing or even keep your as a costumer
