This place is always great, affordable, whether I bring my dog in for a stay or in for a nail clipping they are always great. Highly recommend if you need to board your animal.

We have two dogs that stayed for 5 days. Easy drop off and pick up. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we picked up we had the dogs groomed and they looked and smelled great! Owners and dogs were happy with the experince! We will be back!

Yes, they charge the daily rate for each day, not number of nights spent. As an example, I dropped off my dog on a Thursday, and picked her up on Sunday. Yes, that's 3 nights, but it is 4 days. This is standard policy with kennels, in my experience. However, the daily rate of $9 is very reasonable, other kennels locally charge $15; so I paid $36 vs $60. Sounds good to me. In fact, they even clipped my dog's nails, no charge, hadn't even asked for it. And they have great hours, not many kennels open on Sundays for pick up / drop off. I highly recommend West Wind.

I was really happy with the grooming my dog received. The groomer was very nice and the cut was to my exact specifications. Granted, the old man has an underlying rudeness, but I almost never see him around. All in all, a good grooming service at a reasonable price.

I love this place! I have a pure breed american cocker spaniel and the grooming lady during the week is the ONLY person that has NEVER given him razor burn when he gets shaved. They are friendly and he is very excited every time we take him there!

I was told over the phone that it is $9 a day to board your dog, I said I needed to board my 5 month old puppy for two days because my son was having surgery and when I dropped her off the mulitple times said if anything changes and I can pick her up early let them know because the were overbooked. So instead of leaving her there for the two days I reserved I came baack a day early to help them out and was charged $18. I said she hasn't been here 24 hours yet why am I being charged for two days. The woman at the counter said because they fed her, which I had actually fed her before I dropped her off and brought a huge container of treats for her. The girls who do the grooming are very nice, however the old man and older woman are both very offensive in the way they talk to you and I asked one of the groomer why they are so mean and she said the use to train dogs so they both hate dogs. I just don't understand why two people who hate dogs would open a kennel and grooming place...
