this store is very uncustomer friendly. Drive thru leaves much to be desired. Orders are usually wrong, cold, down right uneatable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep going back in hopes that one day they may get it right, yeah wrong answer!! management has no care in the world for the business and one day noone will go there for the food only the kids palyroom which over time has become something almost not useable in many ways!!!!! Hoping one day things will get better for fast food in hometown Medina, thanks for nothing McD's.

not only does this mcd's drive-thru take 4-ever,the order is usually WRONG. DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. In 3 trips to this store the orders were either cold,wrong or dried out. I would rather drive to any other mcd's.

Typical McDonald's fare. Large indoor playground for the kiddies. They're now serving their seasonal pumpkin pies, which are worth the trip.
