Provided by YP.comWe are extremely disappointed with the service we were provided. We paid for product that we have not received.

Provided by YPmobileNice people but I can't recommend them. Everything goes well in the planning and purchasing phase but the installation phase will frustrate you. You take time off work for an appointment they make and they don't show up. Their installers don't come with everything they need and then try to blame others, including you. Attention to detail is not at the level of the job or the quality of the home. Warning, their granite subcontractor is inept. Two broken countertops later, we finally have our kitchen back after six weeks!

Provided by YP.comThe store is beautiful and they have a great selection, but the customer service is terrible. Sue never called me back when she said she would, and she rarely called me back at all. She was not up front about shipping charges or delivery fees and deducted those from my refunds without telling me about it. In addition, she didn't deliver all of my product, and it showed up 4 days late only after many angry calls. Go elsewhere!
The customer arrived to pick up her material in a vehicle not suitable for a pick up of that large of an order. The truck bed was too short and it was no able to handle that amount of weight. We delivered it (45 min away)Did not have a truck available for a few days so she had to wait. Then returned her special order material with no restock but yes minus shipping cost. The boxes of tile were damaged, falling apart or missing will not be able to resell. Will have to use as samples, but still gave her a credit when she measured for her own project for the materials. I also helped her with many other selection such as her paint and surrounding materials and had countless hours with her in the showroom.. Guess no good deed goes unpunished...Susan Brys
