Dr. Blackburn is a decent doctor, however his office staff completely SUCKS! Especially Courtney!! She is EXTREMELY rude to patients and should not be working in a medical office at all. She hangs up on patients, conveniently forgets to give the doctors important messages, puts you on hold forever even though their office is not busy at all and is just very rude. I don't know if Dr. Blackburn is clueless as to how she treats people, along with the rest of his office staff who like to gossip about patients, or what but there are plenty of qualified receptionists, MA's etc. who out there who would treat patients with kindness and respect.
