Lack of quality and skill. Would never use again and do not know who would continue to order from them.

Very unprofessional and unhappy with bridesmaids flowers.

I am an out of town bride, so I traveled two times to Ohio to meet with House of Flowers to go over specifics of how I wanted my flowers for my wedding day. I wanted hydrangea bouquets for my bridesmaids. We spoke about putting the stems in a water source and wrapping them with ribbon around the water source and stems. We spoke about how hydrangeas need lots of water. They did not put the water source in the bridesmaids bouquets. The boquets died right after the bridesmaids walked down the aisle in the church. My mother met House of Flowers know what happened and they blamed us saying we needed to keep them in a water source!! Were my bridesmaids supposed to walk down the aisle with their bouquets in vases??? They also included carnations in the chruch arragnements which I did not ask for. I will say, though that my bridal bouquet was stunning. They not only did not apologize but were completely unprofessional and blamed everything on us. Do not use them for your wedding. If you want a professional company, look elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered flowers for a graduation, for flowers that were the college's colors, and instead delivered a Christmas basket. The recipient of the flowers does not celebrate Christmas, and therefore these flowers were extremely out of place. Also, after placing the order on the phone and giving Vicki the price range we expected, she charged us an additional delivery fee in which we were not told about, extending our price range an extra $10. This would have been no problem if I was notified of the extra charge, however there was no mention of it. After calling House of Flowers, Vicki was extremely rude and made snide comments about how "her flowers were beautiful". Yes, however, this is not what we asked for. She offered half of the $10 delivery fee to be compensated, and never did so. She was one of the most unpleasant people I've dealt with and I would recommend not putting any money into this business. Please, if you're looking for flowers for an important occasion, look further than House of Flowers.
