Rick is a very ignorant, foul mouthed older male, whom spits in the faces of his customers. (and can't properly use a cellphone) I called him to get a price for some vacuum cleaner bags and after our phone conversation he must have accidentally dialed me back and I overheard him talking horribly about me. I was in complete shock, have bought hundreds of dollars worth of supplies from him in the past with the feeling I was supporting the small business community of Medina, never again. I have heard him in the past talking badly of clients when I was in there to purchase items but never put much though into it until today. I would strongly recommend anyone needing his service or products to contact a more reputable company.
