Found hair in food...but...Can count on them

When this location first opened we had found a hair in our Big Mac...I called the store and they gave us a free value meal. I had told him normally that we don't usually call about that kind of stuff but since that location just opened we thought they should know this. He also said he appreciated us for calling that he did need to know that information.
