My sister and I were regular customers at The Medina Christmas Tree Farm for 5 years. Last year, the cashier accidently charged us $20.00 too much for the 2 trees we cut down. Please note that before we cut any tree down, we always get an employee over to measure and price the tree for us. When we brought this up to the attention of the owner, he basically told us "too bad" and left it at that. Even after sending him an e-mail stating my displeasure with the way he handled the situation, all he could say was how "unchristian" I was for telling my friends about the incident and not recommending his place to them. There are many other tree farms in this area. This year, we hope to find a new favorite place to get our holiday tree.
