Had to get a root canal done at the the Medina location. Root canal went fine but the temporary crown came off in a week and it was another week till my appointment. I though no big deal. I got my permanent crown place on and 8 days later it came off. I had to take off work to back in and get it fixed. Now my permanent crown came off again. Best part is they cannot get me in for another week. I will be going elsewhere for my next denist appointment.

The administrative staff here are top notch. They handled the scheduling and billing like true pros. Dr. K is a pleasant man but I had to go back three times for one filling. The first time he did not add the filling between the teeth. The second time an assistant took 1 hour to do a 10 minute procedure and yelled at me when I couldn't get my jaw open any more than I did. I had to take Aleve for three days because of the pain in my jaw after that. About a month after that appointment I was brushing my teeth and that part of the filling came out again (the gap part). I went back AGAIN to get it fixed and waited over an hour for my appointment. I told the scheduler when I made the appointment that on no terms would I see the same woman that was so horrible the first time, I had to actually see my dentist. That detail had not been put into the notes of my appointment so I had to wait to see my actual dentist. Don't count on the fact that the dentist is the one who will do all things. It's kind of bizarre really. My experience here for basic cleaning was just fine. I was really surprised about how badly this filling part went after that initially good visit.
