The ladies here are fantastic. Dr Chris has been great, she really takes the time to listen to you and explain things. She's been great helping with all my health issues. Getting my blood drawn has been the easiest and least painful experience I've had anywhere (a lot of people have trouble with me). The entire staff is wonderful, I can't say enough good stuff about them lol.

This is a wonderful place .Chris is a great person.she genuinely cares.Ervin is very sweet and professional.our newest member Janet I'd awesome.she always has a smile and takes time out of her wrk day to call to see that you're better.

Christine Byrer is an Awesome Practitioner and is very kind and helpful. I am currently looking for primary care elsewhere because of Jodi, the receptionist. Jodi is one of the rudest person I have ever met. I have witnessed her be rude to other patients. I've also heard her be very rude to clients on the phone. She laughs and cuts up a lot with the staff though. I was made to feel like an inconvenience for interrupting her conversation with a short dark skinned nurse on my last visit. Would be five stars if not for Jodi. I would not recommend anyone I cared about to deal with that hateful person. Christine, please look for a new clinic or a new receptionist.

My husband and I love Chris Byrer, we remember her from the Milan Family Clinic. She has always been very easy, to talk too. We met her Nurse and she was fantastic also, they both gave my husband and me so much useful information. I highly recommend this Clinic to others also!

I agree with gary completely, christine byrer is a good doctor, really like her the few times I have been there and got help after going to the walk in clinic in milan and didnt resolve my issue. the receptionist is horrible.

I have been there several times and, although the FNP, Chris Byrer is excellent, I have had to deal with the receptionist, Jody, who has very poor public relations skills and, in my opinion, is not suited to have contact with the patients. Among other blatantly obvious shortcomings, she maintains a very condescending attitude toward people who are coming there in need of professional medical assistance.
