I am so unbelievably disappointed in my experience with Discount Mugs. I have never been so misled, been treated so poorly, been ignored and ultimately, disrespected.
Take your business elsewhere. Your wedding, birthday or special event deserves better.
I wandered to the Discount Mugs website to order Koozies for an event on 08/11/2018. I was happy to accept the help of a Discount Mugs representative on their “Chat” feature. This representative assured me that as long as I ordered today AND paid a rush shipping fee they would have the Koozies delivered by 08/10/2018. Multiple times, I verified with this employee that the date would be the 10th. He said that he would personally see to the order and make sure that they were on schedule with production. I paid for the order, paid for rush shipping, and screenshotted the conversation. I received the notification that it was in production.
5 days before the delivery date I emailed the representative. He never responded. I email him again “Hi! I’m really nervous. …..I tried to check in earlier this week via the email below. I haven’t heard anything back and I’m concerned. Please call me when you can.”
I don’t hear anything. Days later I reach someone. He ACKNOWLEDGES that the shipping date is indeed the 10th! Then he tells me that the “hold up” is an issue with the machine. The machine is broken. I paid rush for the 10th, but it won’t be there. Because of the machine. He asks me if I want to cancel the order, to which I respond “Why would I cancel? I paid rush. The order is free if you miss the date”. Per their stated shipping terms, if I pay rush and have a guaranteed date then I get a refund, and the product. This is something I verified with the 1st associate I chatted with. I have not been called, by anyone. I have not been emailed, by anyone. I am LITERALLY still waiting.

Worst experience ever... These guys are fast to take your money and promise you the world, but they are terrible at keeping their promises.. We have been trying to get an important order to us for over 30 days and after broken promises of it being here on a certain day, we still don't have the goods. Tried to call the President/CEO and he does not call you back when they say he will. The supervisors do NOT call you back, and you get put on hold forever as they "research" where your order is.. I will NEVER deal with Discount Mugs again and suggest you use someone local and do NOT trust this company... I had to give them one star, as it made me rate this group, but if I could give them a negative star, I would... Never again..

He was solution oriented and proactive in order to fix the error in communication. He stayed on the phone with me for literally hours! He truly went out of his way. For that we got our summer camp t-shirts on time for programming! and the quality was great! Our staff and kids love the T-shirts! Thank you Pedro!

A company that places the client / customer first?

In 2014? How is that possible? DiscountMugs.Com CEO and Staff should take over social media firms as their dedication to Customer Service is EXCELLENT. My Account Executive, Ms. Shawn Baker, under-promised and OVER DELIVERED! People, you will not find this kind of QUALITY CONTROL anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and WORK with the BEST - This company and Ms. Baker are amazing...Must be the East Coast Florida sunshine...and a non-corrupt state government! (Take notes - California).

On 7/17/2014,I placed an order with Discount Mugs.

I spoke to Joshua Corbin who guided me throw each step of the order process. He had a great deal of patience as the order included the graphics that I selected and that needed to be uploaded. I was using Windows 7, which

meant that I needed to use the tool Snippet.

I was not familiar with that tool and Joshua pleasantly led me through the process, which took him a lot of time due to my unfamiliarity

with Snippet. I appreciated his kind manner.

Today July 18,2014 , he again had to help me

with a problem dealing with the graphic design

on the mugs, and he was just as courteous.

As a consumer I really appreciate all the time and help Josh Corbin gave me to not only complete my purchase, but to make my experience with Discount Mugs very good.

I've always enjoyed ordering from this company. They are Extremely fast, and have always worked well to resolve issues in the past. Washington was a new sales rep for me this year, and he did an excellent job to get my order going.
