Comment to VERY UPSET,
Maybe you should'ave made the appointment for the older dog then another for the younger dog keeping them separated appointments so that your younger dog won't get upset!
Also you are supposed to have your dog under control at all times and that means barking as well, buy a muzzle a suggestion, or if bring two dogs leave one in your car till they are ready for the dog.
I would have separate appointments if it was me.

we had an appointment for our dogs my oldest dog is a high strung dog and when she gets upset she will bark my younger dog will do whatever the older dog is doing..... when we got to the appointment there was one dog there my older dog barked and the younger one joined in... we did get them to quiet down some , but when another dog came in they started to bark again.. the lady( Donna) i believe her name was told us to take our dogs outside... with the wind today it was -3 out, our appointment was for 10:15 we were there at 10:10 i stood outside with my dogs for over 45 mins.. need i say i am looking for another vet i am very upset these dogs r my babies and this is how dogs talk they bark,,i was told to go outside with my dogs but than was handed a bill for over $400.00 .......
