Dropped off a big bull elk to this meat processor. Picked is up and barely had over a 100 pounds of meat. Questioned them and they said that was it. As I started to look closer, only had one very tiny package of tenderloin, 5 packages of loin, which I assumed was backstrap , 20 packages of round steak and the rest was hamburger. Just ridiculous, will never use this place again. I hope they choke on the meat they kept or misplaced.

How disappointed we are with this company!! We are from Ohio and went to meeker elk hunting. Shot a cow opening day and took it to Purkeys for processing. When I picked up the meat to bring it home, I barely had 100 pounds of processed meat. I have shot deer in Ohio and had more meat than that. I questioned them about it and was told that was all there was. Really Purkeys? This was an average size cow. Hope they make lots of money for the meat I feel I have donated. Shame on you!!
