My family has been guests of Trappers Lake for over 40 years. Although the resort has changed hands a few times they have not lost their touch when it comes to providing pure heaven on earth! Their cabins are clean and well kept. The food is good and the atmosphere is rustic and down to earth so go, enjoy, and get back to nature. The scenery is breathtaking, the serenity is soothing with plenty to do with horseback riding, fishing and hunting, and hiking just to name a few. The resort is laid out well, the bathhouses are well maintained, and the staff is phenominal and wants satisfied guests. There is much to see and much to do. After the first visit you'll be hooked to return year after year. This has got to be Colorado's best kept secret. We hope our children take on the 'tradition' of Trappers and return with their children some day. You won't be sorry you went!!
