Just finished having Apple Spas deliver and install my 12' swim spa. Delivery and set up were without a hitch. Jeff of Apple Spas arranged everything from the ordering the little extras I wanted to the crane and manpower needed for the job. Apple Spas worked with me on the price and came up with a package right in the ballpark. The cleanup was spotless and none of the Spa people left on this one day job until the Spa was filled and running. The personal training and instructions from Apple Spas was a must for this first time owner. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Apple Spas.

Worst experience ever -- payed them thousands for a spa that never for a single day worked as promised. And having all my money paid in full, they refused to make good in any way. We even had to spend extra to self-pay independent pro spa repair to learn that cost of repairs are more than total value of the spa! Total waste of money. That it was bought for a serious medical necessity with doctor's orders and this cost us the money we saved for it and so we were unable to benefit in any way and it made no difference in their lack of response how serious it was medically for us.

Called last minute on a Saturday to try and get an appointment for Monday to have a hot tub moved. Even though they had no openings on Monday, they made it happen first thing that morning. They set the tub up and stayed and gave me plenty of pointers and explained everything thoroughly. After they left I realized the hot tub was not functioning properly. I called and they sent a technician out within an hour to fix it! Could not recommend them enough for any hot tub/spa needs. After calling all the moving and spa companies in the area, Apple was priced within $10 of what I was getting from everyone. I'm really glad I went with them. I know if I have an issue, they'll be there.
