I have been buying insurance for over 50 years and no other agency has ever been as diligent, knowledgable, caring and truly a partner. I would recommend 1 Source Agency for anyone wanting a top-rated insurance agency.

I signed a homeowner's policy through 1 Source and it was a nightmare! Citizen's Insurance advised 1 Source that additional photographs were needed of my home or the policy would be cancelled. 1 Source told me they didn't need anything else from me and that it was handled and my policy was still in force and not in jeopardy. About a month later I get a letter and a refund check from Citizen's advising me my homeowner's policy had been cancelled due to not supplying the information they had requested. So I unknowingly had no homeowner's insurance during hurricane season. Thanks 1 Source!

The previous review is exactly right! I only wish I saw that review before I signed a homeowner's policy through 1 Source. It was a nightmare! Very misleading Agent and his assistant useless, why? because you will end up doing all of THEIR work yourself. Good luck getting a return phone call and I hope you will have all the time in the world to wait around while he is sitting on his desk chit chatting. You are better off going somewhere else or better yet, do it yourself online and cut the middle man for a better rate and better service.
