Great shop, fair, fast and reliable. Have had 3 different cars in for service. Their shuttle service is a bonus.

Routine oil change and lookover of fluids, filters and brakes. My only choice for car care. Trustworthy and dependable.

I had the front left axle replaced at 1/2 the cost another sop wanted to charge me. The part was an after market part with same warranty as the Lexus part. Their labor was also half of what I was quoted some where else.

Brought our daughter's car in for a regular oil change but also a strange banging noise in rear we were concerned about. Technician spent time driving the car around and trying to find out where it was coming from and turned out to be a loose jack in the trunk ! We were thinking it was going to be something horrible and expensive, but as usual they were honest and tightened it up at no charge. These guys are great!

As always, 2000 Auto is always willing to answer any questions, check to see if there is a problem (need air in tires) when I "stop in" with a question. Personnel are Always cheerful, always gracious and agreeable. Very pleased with your service.

In an earlier review I complained about the pricing, etc.. of this business. I have a new Mustang GT that has some issues, so I brought it to 2000 Auto. Steve and his crew did a great job evaluating the problem and providing the first bit of logical advice I've heard on this issue. I regret the earlier bad mouthing and I will be using them in the future.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

They take time to explain issues and provide detailed analysis with your car's performance. Also they provide sound, budget worthy resolutions that I value.
