Steve Cota is a great salesman, with 23 years under his belt he damn sure should be, especially if "you ain't walkin and he ain't starving" He will harrass you, threaten you, call you a liar and bully you to finalize a deal. Then he will show up to your job a few times a day, and call your job off the hook, like a pshcyo stalker. About a call he wants you to make to the bank to finalize his comission on the sale. He wanted me to contact the bank to do the welcome call. In the mean time, I recieved a letter about a better offer, when he showed up at my place of employment for the 2nd time that day, I told him about the letter. He told me "banks don't do that". When he left my work place, I faxed the letter to his finance guy,"Bill". "Bill", then contacted the bank in the letter I spoke of and offered me a better deal and lower finance rate. After speaking to "Bill", I received 3 text messages from Steve informing me to call Bill, and if I don't I will lose my $1500 down payment and the car will be repossesed, and I will be charged mileage. Then a few hours later the 2 of them showed up at my job to reposses the car or follow me to their outlet, to sign the new contract. Keep in mind my 1st payment wasn't even due intil the following month. Steve is a jerk, a bully, an a$$hole, and a typical car salesman. Enjoy the comission Steve.
