All phone numbers I call are busy, got on and said was transferring me, phone went dead, got an answer wanted my phone number gave them both no record of me, been a customer since 1997, I am having a problem with my TV, have spent an hour trying to reach someone. Oh yes, the sign in page don't know if I have a user name, put my email in and filled in the letters so I'm not a robot, the same screen kept repeating with new letters, after the third time I gave up, If this is the service I get with spectrum I won't be a customer much longer. ,

Only fault= prices are very high even the bundles.

Bright-house SUX. Their rates just went up a month ago and now it has gone up again. I'm looking for other providers for Palm Bay. I'm just sick of their Chit!

Brighthouse is definetly overpriced. This economy is slow and yet basic services that used to cost 75.00 dollars a month (Tax and all) are now 110.00 plus tax. They installed my equipment and my printer wouldn't work. Tried to call for customer service and just got a lot wait time. Frustrating. Where is th American Competivie spirit that we don't have better choices?
