I called on Thursday for drapery cleaning; company says they'll come by Friday between about 1 and 3 to pick-up and return them Monday. At 4 on Friday I called, they had a job taking longer than expected. No problem, I called back at 6:30, they're still busy and will come Saturday. I called Sat early afternoon.....they were busy in morning will come soon; called back after 5 and left a message to "just let me know what their intentions are" Still haven't called back. It takes so darn little to be manage expectations - just call and let me know there's a change in your plans or at least TELL ME you don't want to do the work and I can hire someone else. BUT TO STRING ME ALONG FOR 3 DAYS. Am I stupid to be so patient? If so, then there's probably a lot more potential customers out there who would have been just as patient, so maybe you'll be helped by this scathing review. Shoddy way to run a business.

I've used Chem-Dry services elsewhere in the past. Good product. They just need a more professional person to run their Brand in Melbourne.
