John is a No nonsense kind of guy. He allowed me to supply my own parts to save money on mark up. He worked well into the night on a weekend to finish my truck so that I could honor a commitment that I had made for Monday morning.
Very happy with the service and cost.

I took my Crane to C N C Heavy equipment to be repaired. After six weeks of being 'repaired', it was returned with more problems than when I took it there. Then I had to have it towed to another repair shop.



The crane transmission had to be replaced, but instead of saying he did not know how to fix it, John the owner just experimented on my Crane and caused further damage.



Important note, in order for him to fix my Crane he required me to travel as far as Orlando to drop off the transmission and pick up the new transmission with many other parts. Overall, through this experience I do not recommend this repair shop to anyone and especially HEAVY EQUIPMENT owners !!!!
