0 stars for me wouldn't let me submit without checking a star. ZERO stars for me!!!! Deplorable sanitary conditions

That as long as a person can function properly its ok,but the minute the can't take care of themself then they are left alone.Left alone in dirty diapers,they are not washed and bathed properly,they have known to leave patients on the edge of the beds holding on with one hand until they fall or someone reminds them they need them.Basically left alone to die. They need more experienced staff who care about the patients than what they currently have. If they cannot manage this,then they ought to be shut down..Also they are known to lie to family members repeatedly and should have the state do more unexpected checkups. The patients are afraid to speak up do to poorer treatment when they do so. I would not put my animals there,let alone my loved ones! They have cutbacks left and right which leaves them short on diapers and snacks,and do not give diabetics the food they need,patients are back and forth from the hospital because of this.

Do not send your loved one to this healthcare facility if you want them to receive quality care. I have reported them to the state for making my Dad wait over an hour to be taken to the bathroom. He requested medication when he was sick and the nurse replied that she was too busy to give it to him. The food is not fit for animals and the staff is poorly trained. This facility should be closed. There is not enough room here to explain all of the problems we had with this facility.
