I have been visiting Dr. Kimmel's office for over 20 years and always have a pleasant experience. The wait is minimal and he always takes time to listen to my concerns.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this doctor's office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The office staff is completely horrendous. I will never again step foot into that office.

I have provided supporting documentation by Certified Mail to Kimmel care that both myself and the primary or secondary insurance has paid on the same bill. In addition, Kimmel care on two other instances have not file claims with the secondary insurance. I have contacted the secondary insurer and they have stated that the claim must be submitted by the doctors office, that I cannot submit the claim myself. The one year period for submittal of a claim has expired and I can no longer recover these cost since Kimmel care has continued to refuse to submit the claim. They have received payment from me and on three claims they received payment from me and insurance, so they have received double payment.

As a middle aged person I felt I received excellent care and feel my future health is in good hand. I know I can count on Dr. Kimmel and his staff.

Worst person I have ever encountered in my life's experience. Having a degree on the wall doesn't make you a doctor.He and his staff fits the bill perfectly

I waited over an hr. to see a man that did not help me at all, didn't even touch me to look in my ear about my ear infection. Advised me to research conditions I think I have and their treatments and to find out myself if they are safe for breastfeeding on my own time. He was stunningly unhelpful, completely unpleasant experience, unfriendly staff.

Truly a terrible experience on so many levels!! Those of you who are seeking a physician don't waste your time or money your health means so much more.

I haven't been to Dr. Kimmel in some time, but I have to say this...I came to him with my sick child, with no insurance. My son was seen quickly, and although Dr. K might need a little practice with the little ones, I felt perfectly comfortable with him, he easily diagnosed my son, wrote him the scripts he needed and didn't overcharge me for his services. It's so comforting to know that there is still a doctor out there who doesn't buy into the the corporate b.s.,and who REALLY cares about his patients like a doctor should, Dr. K. ...you are appreciated. Thank You.

If it were not for Dr. Murray Kimmel being such a terrific doctor, I would have moved on to another doctor long ago. Dr. Kimmel is personable, takes his time with me, the patient, answers all my questions and seems to be "up" on his latest continuing education to keep current. He has an excellent background. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the office staff, specifically the office manager. She really give a sour taste to the entire business as she is cold, icy, not very helpful, acts like when you request anything out of the ordinary that it's a major inconvenience, and carries an attitude of superiority. It feels like she is looking down upon me (and I have taken notice that it is not just me, but other patients I've observed). Having done nothing to warrant this kind of treatment if perplexes me as to whether she might be a very unhappy person in life and takes it out on the poor patients...?? I am a highly educated, articulate business woman and I can not for the life of me figure out why I'm treated with such disrespect at times. It's really a shame that this woman "represents" not only Dr. Kimmel but the entire practice.
