Dr. Lang is good but his staff is the worst I have ever encountered. I am 65, crippled from a stroke. They refuse to refill my hbp. When I called Terry said they had not seen me in 8 months. Why didn't they call and schedule me?? I called back, spoke to Terry, the receptionist who had refused to update my health insurance at last visit and sent me a bill for $250.00 for office visit. She made me call my insurance to straighten it out. That is her job! Today she was just nasty about why they had not renewed my meds. That is just gross negligence of medical care. I am done with them.
