Want my opinion? Go elsewhere - anywhere else. Based on my (awful) $35,000 experience with Tony Bastone dba Florida Flooring & Remodeling Inc in late 2015 / 2016, I offer an informed opinion the business model is intentionally set up as a Ponzey scheme - taking large deposits up front, but spending it elsewhere. That leaves insufficient money for materials and subcontractors to do the job properly. The model has to sell the next job to get fresh money for your materials and subcontractor labor. I had to step in and pay the subs to avoid a mechanic's lien and get the work done. In my opinion, that's the business model intentionally employed by Tony / Florida Flooring & Remodeling Inc. In my opinion, that business model borders on criminal, and it is certainly unethical.
