I called Futon City, 12/18/15, looking for a mattress. In the middle of the explaination my phone lost signal- i call back, got a machine, apologised, and left a message for a call back. No return call. I decided to get a complete futon, and called back the next day, 12/10/15, and this guy starts yelling at me calling me MF, AH, DH etc. I tried calling back to get somebody else BUT he is the only one answering the phones. Anyway, he threatened to call the cops if I call there again. One is too high. This place is an obvious front for drug money. Go to Orlando. Go to Daytona. But DO NOT go to Futon City Melbourne FL.

He told me to go to Orlando & HUNG UP ON ME!!! I'm writing this in total disbelief! I called to ask if they carried 'all cotton' futons and the price.He said 'no one wants them but I can order one'. I ask the price and he said "about $200".I ask if it came with a warranty and he said, "there are a couple of futon businesses in Orlando, your welcome to take your business there" and hung up on me! I was so shocked that I called back & ask if "Sir, did you just hang up on me?" And he said "yes". I said, "I need to buy a mattress today, did I offend you?" He said, "I am not interesting in doing business with you" and hung up again! Seriously- that was it! I am just so taken back! WOW! I like to support local businesses but I will take it to someone that isn't rude to me BEFORE I even bought their product!
