I had 5 yards of large pine bark mulch delivered and installed 2 weeks ago. My appointment was on a Wednesday. The truck and 5 workers showed up. They walked around my yard with me, asked me where I wanted the mulch to go. In about 75 minutes they had the job done. They were very nice and polite to work with. When they completed the mulch they swept up the mess and blew off my driveway. I was very pleased!

I have interacted with the owner personally on several occasions, he is an honest straight shooter, solid family man.
I would recommend them highly!

Not professional at all. They need to find better personable employees. Will not recommend. Horrible customer service.

Unless you own a business and need commercial landscaping work done, you will be completely ignored by the owner of Green Thumb. 6 weeks ago the owner, Mark, came out to give me an estimate on prepping the back of my property for sod. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave a fair estimate. I scheduled the work to be done, and when the day came for them to be there they didn't show up. I called the office and was able to talk to the receptionist probably 10 times over the past 4 weeks, and every time they say they will have the owner call me right away. I never received a single call from the guy. So now I'm going to rent the equipment and do it myself. If you need a medium to small sized residential job done, go anywhere but Green Thumb.

if you need sod, this is the place to get it. I had a pallet delivered early this year and I couldn't be happier with my new grass.
