We bought our living room set in May. We bought the piedmont. It only took about a week to be delivered to us. And 6 months to fall apart! We went here thinking we would get quality furniture. Could have gone to any discount furniture store for better quality. In 6 months we had 8 tears in seams on both sofas! It's only my husband and I at home. No Kids, no animals. We arent on it all the time as we both work full time. They started a "service ticket" on November 16th 2015. They are going to replace all the cushions. Another problem was the cushions are very lumpy and do not look neat. It is January 28th 2016 and still NO replacement cushions. They say the parts are being ordered?! I am done with them and do not recommend anyone wasting their money! Go to Rooms to Go over Badcock furniture you will get the same quality. You would think furniture would last 10 years. Do not shop at Haverty's!
