Indian River Colony Club is a nonprofit organization that provides housing and recreational facilities to its members. It offers a variety of services, including lawn care, tree trimming, sprinkler systems, garbage disposal, laundry services, electrical appliances, transportation, housekeeping and residential preventative maintenance. It consists of more than 450 acres of land, with over 750 individually owned homes. Its facility include tennis courts, heated swimming pool, horseshoe pitching pits, lawn croquet, fitness center, 18 hole golf course, jogging and walking paths, and more than 20 ponds that are stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish. Indian River Colony Club was founded in 1986 and is located in Melbourne, Fla.
