Met and paid for initial consultation with Mr. Marks. A few days later, we decided to retain him as our lawyer. However, after many attempts to contact him, no messages were returned. I would never do business with someone, especially a lawyer, who does not communicate with his clients. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed in his practice.
