I think MAYBE Codyson was just having a bad day. This was the 1st theater I went to when I moved here, BEFORE they redecorated and turned it into stadium seating w/surround sound, etc. If climbing a few stairs to the arcade is too "inconvenient" for you, you probably would have terrorized the kids that go up there, simply for being kids. And why would you ASK if you could go to another theater? Of COURSE you could. That's your right. However if you were demanding your money back to do so, without having SEEN the movie you went for, or experiencing something awful, then it is THEIR right to not give you a refund. I don't know of anyPLACE, much less a theater that would. It's clear that you left out a great deal of the story....as we all know, there are three sides to each one; yours, theirs and the truth. Everyone I know loves going To the Oaks. You're decision to stay away has probably done their business a great service. There's a feeling one gets from your take that many people who might be there at the same time as you would complain about your patronage, just for our own sanity. OAKS 10.... Y'all keep doing your thing, because you've got being an awesome, comfortable, friendly theater down PAT!! I'LL be seeing you later today!

I have been going here for years, and there is no better place to see a movie. The food, sound, and bathrooms are all great. It is a wonderful place to go, and you are guarenteed to have a wonderful time.

We drive past other theatres to come to this one, just a nice feel to it and great service.
