Hands down, the WORST experience I have EVER had at a nail salon, and I have been getting my nails done for 17 years! I am new to the area from Tampa where the same lady did my nails for the last 7 years, and she was wonderful.



First of all, the owner of ProfessioNAIL salon was on the phone airing her dirty laundry the entire time she was working on clients. Second of all, when I walked in the front door I was not greeted and had to say "excuse me" for any help or acknowledgement. They offered no help in picking out a gel color, and took 3 HOURS (had to re-apply 3 different times), and it still looked HORRIBLE! I just had a polish change/cut down on my toes, and my nails were jagged and crooked. I left almost in tears and I will NEVER go back here, nor recommend it to anyone else in the area. It was the most unprofessional, poorly ran salon I have ever encountered. I would strongly recommend running as fast as you can in the other direction if you come across it!

I would have to say the only thing "professional" about it is in the name and that is it.

The staff is very professional and have attention to detail. Good experience for the past two years!

I have been going to professional nail for over 6 years. The service is great. One of the best things is that they are allways opened.
