I agree with the previous customer 100%. After months of unresponsive communication with the company and rep, I finally ordered through another company. It was over 4 months ago that I put a deposit down for shutters but their communication is so poor I could never get answers to my questions and the exact shutter system was never decided upon. And they now refuse to return my $1,146.00 deposit. I'm out $1,146.00 and I never received any shutters from Shutter Outlet. I don't like the way this company does business and I would definitely not recommend them. If you decide to order from Shutter Outlet - watch your back.

Oh - and they say they are accredited by the BBB but the BBB of Brevard says they are NOT accredited. Deceptive company.

My experience with shutter outlet was about as bad as it gets. Unfortunately they do not put customers first. When questions and concerns are raised they just defend their actions and blame the customer. Prices for work were never well communicated. Estimate of when work would be performed was non-existant. They lack basic organization and good business communication. Worst part is when we shared our experience the owner just pointed the finger at us.

Highly recommend sparing yourself and finding another company. There are a lot of great, local, companies in this area, I dont believe this is not one of them.

Stand by for defensive response from the business and more blaming of the customer.
