Tried to charge me thousands of dollars for car insurance on my auto loan through them when I already proved I had it - and this was 6 months later! Still have not gotten my late fees taken off. I would straighten it out with 1 person and yhen a couple of days later another person would call and i had to go through it all over again! Thank God I have a great insurance agent at AAA who kept sending the papers! They were very nasty as well - no customer servce skills!

This bank has been called Eastern Financial credit union for over 30 years. My parents have opened an account with them when it was eastern Airlines Credit union. since then they have changed to Space Coast Credit union. My Mother has been waiting for a order of checks goibng on 1 month. the first order was screwed up and a second order for checks where made. and has still not been received. It seems that the term "Customer Service" has no meaning to these people. Do yourself a favor and goto "CHASE"
