Stone Middle School provides a variety of academic and enrichment programs for students in grades. The school has an enrollment of more than 650 students in grades seven and eight. It has a staff of over 50 teachers. Stone Middle School s classrooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted liquid crystal display projectors, audio enhancement systems, document cameras. In addition, the school has wireless network access campus-wide within buildings and common areas. It also participates in several science fairs. Stone Middle School offers the Stone Science & Technology Choice Program to increase interests in engineering disciplines. The school is governed by Brevard Public Schools, which manages several elementary, middle, high, charter and magnet schools.
