Ive lived here 3 yrs the manager is a slum load wont fix nothing lies and steals from owners by charging more for trailer then what owners really wants for it then pockets the rest .3 month lady need a frig n stove. SLUM LORDS

I've lived in Tan Tara Mobile Home Park for about nine months now and I have been very pleased with my experience. The park is clean and I have never had any issues with management. I also got a great deal on my home and they were willing to work with me on affordable payments. Tan Tara is a great place to live!

i own a trailer at this park and the management naimly joe is always drunk and causing trouble for the tennants. he does not preform his duties under the statues set forth by the state of florida and always thumbs his noise at the tennats. when i bought my trailer he took cash money from me and under tan tara rules is olny supposed to take money orders for payment.I summited an application to live their and the same day i was approved to live their. tan tara you really need to look at who is running your park because you are really not getting your moneys worth out of this mannager he is corrupt and is taking advantage of you mabye you should should review your policies about how you slect you management. You are being used and are losing you money and your reputation
