After getting a number, I waited 40 mins. When I had too many questions (about 3 mins) , the lady got nasty and said, im only screening. You are asking too many questions. Well, this lady was oriental and had language troubles explaining my benefits. If she had answered them correctly in the first place, I would not had to re-ask! Terrible service, why do they think they can treat you like this?
