This by far the worse rental company I have ever dealt with. They charge for absolutely everything. If something needs fixing they will charge to fix it. Example if your a/c breaks they will charge you to look at it and good luck getting it fixed properly.

We had rats when we first moved in, was charged $50 to remove. Had a pipe leak charged us $50 to repair and $50 to fix wall. Our lease is up and they are charging us $50 to inspect!!!
