Not very happy with Wickham Village Apartments, moved in and there has been police here almost every weekend for domestic disputes, fights, and countless other things. My children have witnessed the police and undercovers doing a drug bust and have also witnessed a domestic dispute out in the parking lot between a husband and wife and neighbors had to get involved and police were called, I have seen a few drug sales taking place at the apartment across from ours. The apartments are not clean when you move in, the carpets reek, air conditioners are outdated and do not cool the units as I have to deal with my apartment staying at around 80 degrees and my ac unit runs all the time and I have had 200 electric bills, the appliances are outdated, my screens and windows (locks) are broken, the landscaping is not kept up, the kids are always in the dumpster and on cars and are bullies. I am not happy here at all and would never recommend this complex to anyone.
