Celina campus is a joke. Ran by a rude control freak who does not treat anyone with respect. 100% fake, don't trust your children with her.

My children attended this daycare facility for two years. While in the primary building our experience was excellent. Melissa, Leslie and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful with the children and parents.



The experience change to the worst when my children moved the their secondary building. Entering the doors to that building is like stepping into a whole different facility. The provider in charge (Kim) is rude and mean to children and parents. She is hateful and the staff in that building is not any better. During several occasions I witnessed her being nasty to children and disrespectful to parents. I could not tolerate it anymore and decided to remove my kids from this facility.



The sad part about this is that Mudpies and Lullabies is the only licensed daycare facility in the city of Melissa. The owner (Daniel) takes advantage of this. The tuition is very expensive. God forbid you have an emergency and make it late to pick up your children. She will charge you $4 per minute you are late. Their handbook is a joke. Every other paragraph is a threat. Basically you do what you are told or she will kick your kids out of her facility. Tour the facility and do not enroll your child until you meet the owner, Kim and read their handbook. You will thank me for this review!!!

I had no prior experience with day cares and from what you hear on the news I was a little fearful to have my child in a day care but she was starting kindergarten in a year and she needed to have some exposure to other children and a curriculum. I received a letter in the mail about Mudpies for enrollment. It was local so I went and checked it out. It was clean, the staff was attentive, and they were friendly and very welcoming to my children. The curriculum was set up to coincide with the school district and my daughter learned a lot. Needless to say she was more than ready for Kindergarten. I would recommend this day care to everyone and if you are as concerned of a parent as I am, they have a secure on line live video view you can watch your children all day.
