This cleaners has a great staff and a good location if you live in Melissa. The problem is with the actual cleaning. If you are wanting a few shirts pressed on occasion, this is a good place to use. They fall down on the job, though, when it comes to repeated cleanings and men's suits. The dress shirts I've given them have come back dirtier and dirtier, until I eventually have to throw them away. This shop permanently stains clothes over time by partially cleaning them and then pressing in the dirt, especially around collars. Also, they do not know how to properly press men's suits, causing them to hang unevenly and to look unkempt. What a shame. I really don't want to drive to McKinney for a cleaners, but I don't have a choice.
