I wish I could give this review NO STARS but, Oh Well!!! Looks like you've LOST another LOYAL customer!!! I visit this location at least once a day or every other day. Today when I asked for my usual Large Chai, the cashier started looking for covers. I noticed that what he had done was pour a extremely large chai into a large cold cup and cold cover. Firstly, I would assume that you have hot and cold cups for a reason. When I questioned him he said that he was told that the cold cups are good for hot drinks as well. As you might imagine it was very hot to the touch and when I asked him if the cup protectors would fit he said yes!! Of course it only barely fit. It was tough carrying it to the car and It almost didn't fit in my car cup holder and when I went to remove it, I couldn't and when I finally did the entire chai went all over my passenger seat floor pad and all over me as well. Looks like I'll have to get my chai at Dunkin Donuts instead!! Needless to say, I have never been so disappointed.
