Received an estimate to replace two rotted posts on a fence they installed a number of years ago. The quote is $400. They know that they have installed two fences on this property and two neighbors used them on my recommendation. $400 for two posts in part because they would have to make a special trip to a location 3.8 miles from their office in a town where they install fences on a regular basis. $400 for two posts that another company will do for $150.
