Great customer service. The whole team at Optica was very pleasant. Answered all my questions with detail. Would definitely recommend to others. And a big THANKS to the young lady EVA. Very professional and helpful....

My sons eye appointment was on April 25th. I Was told the glasses would be in in two weeks. A month went by and I was told they called where they order the glasses from and they were shipped 5-22. As of today, June 10th, still no glasses. Called today and A rep tells me they are in the Bloomingdale they'll call me tomorrow and if not I can call back. I asked why do I need to call back every week for six weeks now and why can't she call me back. Her response, "I didn't say I wouldn't call you back I said if we don't call you back you can call us back" I asked "if you're calling me back then why would you say in case you don't call me back." Her response "because I'm not writing it down" which I reply, " well why aren't you?!" Her response, " because we're in the bloomgdale office and we call when the glasses are in" what kind of customer service is this?!!! It's been six weeks and no glasses! Stay away from this place!!! Horrible customer service! Product not delivered as promised!
