The process went smooth, we provided everything they asked for in time and did not have any complications. I will be using them again in the future

We have spoke to a loan officer from Affordable over the phone today and I dont think I have ever felt so comfortable and secure about giving my personal information out. They made my husband and I feel so at ease and answered all of our questions with no problems or hesitations. We will be gathering the documents they need so that we can begin the process this week.

Loan Officer Brian Leibowitz gave us more than we expected out of this refinance. He let us know our options and what he felt was best for us.We did our own research before hand and he was still able to educate us and inform us of many things that we did not know and things that most companies wont tell you and this was before we agreed to go with his company! We are currently in process and will be closing next week. Everything was exactly how it was told to my husband and I. No surprises

My mother is an older woman and I was in a way worried when she said she wanted to refinance her home. Reason being some people take advantage or they don't have the patience. Affordable Financial was very patient with my mother thru out the entire process and looked out for her best interest. We are more than please with this company and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

When our purchase ran into a snag, we needed someone to help us or LOSE OUR DEPOSIT. AFS came, took control of the situation. They helped us when other people said they couldn't.
