There is no other way to sell your house. If you live in it you have no excuse not to use flat fee mls in New York. This is really the best way to go.

I feel good about it. My car was completely shot! It overheated on the highway. I even received $300 and a free tow off the highway. It was either that or I was going to a mechanic getting RIPPED. Or who knows!

Used this very same service since 2006 and have sold quite a few homes using this method. I have bounced back and forth listing on MLS then using flat fee island. I must say I have better luck when I use www.mlsisland.com

Why would you pay 6 percent which of 500,000 when you can easily pay less with flat fee? I dont see why anyone pays for full service.

Flat Fee MLS of Long Island is a great way to sell a house. It's smarter then a traditional broker if you know how to do it.

A flat fee mls realtor is the way to go! Forget them other realtors they lie! I had the best experience and I want to pass it on. Saving money is a great thing and this service provides a real estate broker at a discount.
