My name is Beverly Kremblas my case was closed in 2008 and collected my settlement money in January 2009 it was not a lot of money considering that I had 2 Back Surgeries, $18,000 it was $22.000 but of course the lawyer took there share. Today I'm expressing my feelings for the first time on your site I had 3 Adjusters & now I find out I had just got a new person today 5/15/15 now every time I get a new Adjuster I always have the same problems it's seems that know one wants to approve them when I go to the drug store to pick them up. I have section 32 which means that I'm entitle to have my scripts approved on that day. I do call MED-CO insurance to tell them in advance what I'll be receiving by my pain management DR.AROUA .Every month I go though the same thing and I'm getting a little upset on how you do things for me. May I make a suggestion? Would or could you have some kind of system that my medications can be approved about 1 week from the time I call MED-Co with my scripts.,so that the adjuster has time to approve them.
